QuantumPair

Terms of Service

Last updated 19 October 2026

These terms apply when you use QuantumPair at quantumpair.date and in its apps. By using it, you agree to them. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

The service

QuantumPair lets two people meet in a private room for a virtual date. They can:

It is offered free of charge, as it is, and may change as it develops.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old. If you sign in, keep access to your Google account or email to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.

How to use it

Rooms or addresses that break these rules can be closed or blocked, and accounts disabled.

Your content

What you write, draw and photograph stays yours. It is encrypted on your devices, and QuantumPair cannot read it, which also means it cannot recover it: if the devices that hold your keys are lost or their data is cleared, your keepsakes cannot be restored.

Availability

We work to keep QuantumPair running and your dates uninterrupted, but cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors. Calls depend on your network and devices.

Liability

QuantumPair is provided without warranties. To the extent the law allows, its operator is not liable for indirect damage, or for the loss of data that only your devices held. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

Ending

You can stop using QuantumPair at any time, and ask for your account to be deleted. The service may end or be changed; before it ends, you will be told in the app.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the new version is published here with a new date. Questions: dmitriy.sosnovich@gmail.com.
